Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust are always keen to find out the views of their service users so commissioned Crocodile House to re-design their existing questionnaire to make it more eye-catching and appealing to service users. Accompanying the questionnaire was also a series of posters to raise awareness of how people can make their opinions heard.
